Dye It Yourself Part 4

So the Ultra Bright Purple dye by Schwarzkopf I used on my hair a few weeks back had faded, mostly because I wash my hair every two days to avoid it going greasy on the third day.

My grandmother had purchased the same dye, so I ended up with another one when I got back home.

Yesterday we exchanged it for something else, and after a vote it turned out to be the Ultra Bright Raspberry by Schwarzkopf.

Today I decided I would dye it, since my grandmother was pointing out how faded my hair looked, despite the fact I didn't mind it fading, after she trimmed the ends of my hair off, I went ahead and dyed it.

Wet hair before applying the dye.

Dye applied! Now to wait thirty minutes.

And this is the result after drying it. I had a lot of coloured water coming out when I was washing it, but I think that's due to the fact my hair had been cut before dying it.

I'm not sure what to think of it, initially I wanted to keep the bright pink in my roots and have it look like it was fading, but I became self conscious and dyed it all anyway.

It may be my insecurity lately, or the new camera I have, but I'm sure I'll learn to like it, it's very 'pink' for me. I even added some eyeliner and blush.
